Why we hold it
To provide the service, take payment, keep it secure and support you. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Service providers who host the service, send our email, take payment and provide its automated features. They act on our instructions. Some operate outside your country, and those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.
Your company’s members
Where your company enters details about its members, your company decides what is held and why, and we hold it on their instructions.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and a limited period afterwards, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it elsewhere. You can also complain to your data protection regulator. Where the request concerns data your company controls, we will pass it to them.
This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is your choice of theme, and it never leaves your device.
Children
The service is used by companies, which decide who to add. It is not intended for children to sign up to directly.
Changes
We will post any update to this notice on this page.
